"CUTHÁ" Archaeological Zone

"Cuthá" or better known as the "Mask Hill", is an archaeological zone that is located at the top of the Zapotitlán Salinas region; this area was populated by the Ngivas, or better known as "popolocas" in the time   pre-Hispanic.

It has terraces, retaining walls, a ceremonial center, a ball game court, lime kilns, and a main tomb.

The journey can last from 4 to 5 hours depending on the route; there are different paths, each with its degree of difficulty (4.5 km, 5 km and 7 km).
