San Juan Raya

The community of San Juan Raya, located about 40 minutes from the Municipality of Zapotitlán Salinas, belongs to the Biosphere Reserve. In this site, different tours are shared in which you will find   "The turritelas" are marine fossils in which some are impregnated in the stones, "the giant biznaga" which is known for its peculiar size that stands out from the rest of its species.

There is also "the pediment", "the bell tower", "the stars", "the sotolín", "the paleontological museum" and, finally, the routes of the dinosaur footprints that were left behind more than 60 million years ago.
